3. Products & Wholesale Pricing

• All products displayed on our digital channels and catalogs are intended for wholesale trade only.
• Trade prices and volume discounts are subject to market adjustments without prior notice.
• We endeavor to display accurate product specifications, dye lots, and imagery; however, minor textile variations in shade, weave, or sizing may occur.
• Veena Garments reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product line or brand assortment at any time.

4. Orders & Payments

• Wholesale orders may be placed online via our authorized portals, through sales representatives, or at our Jabalpur showroom.
• All orders are subject to stock availability and formal commercial confirmation by Veena Garments.
• Payments must be cleared in full prior to order dispatch unless pre-approved formal trade credit terms have been documented.
• Accepted payment modes: RTGS/NEFT Bank Transfer, UPI, Commercial Cheque, or verified electronic payment options.
• Title and ownership of goods remain with Veena Garments until full payment is received.

5. Shipping, Logistics & Delivery

• Consignment dispatch timelines depend on inventory verification and destination transit schedules.
• Upon formal hand-over to designated transport agencies or common carriers, the risk of transit loss passes to the consignee.
• Veena Garments is not liable for transport delays stemming from regional strikes, courier disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Applicable freight and logistics charges will be communicated clearly prior to final order dispatch.

6. Returns, Claims & Exchanges

• Claims are strictly evaluated only for factory damaged or manufacturing-defective goods, reported within 7 days of consignment arrival.
• Returned goods must remain unwashed, unstitched, in original manufacturer packaging, accompanied by the corresponding invoice.
• Clearance, seasonal end-of-cycle, or heavily discounted lots are sold on a final, non-returnable basis.
• Approved claims will be resolved through product replacement or trade credit note following physical warehouse inspection.

7. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, emblems, product photographs, text copy, and website layouts are the proprietary intellectual property of Veena Garments Pvt Ltd or its licensed brand partners. No content may be reproduced, copied, or exploited for public or commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

Veena Garments shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential commercial losses arising from the use of our website or merchandise. Our aggregate liability for any verifiable dispute shall not exceed the invoice amount received for the specific goods in question.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising under or relating to transactions with Veena Garments shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
